Benson Electric provides ongoing commercial electrical services for the RaDD (Research and Development District) campus in downtown San Diego. Working directly with ownership and property management, our team supports the facility’s electrical infrastructure and tenant improvement needs across multiple buildings within the development.
Our work at RaDD includes troubleshooting existing electrical systems, installing new electrical infrastructure to support future tenant spaces, and providing conduit and power installations for new building systems.

Benson Electric installed a three-phase company switch connection to support event power requirements for the Padres event space located within the development.
This installation allows temporary event power distribution systems to be connected safely and efficiently for events hosted at the facility.
The company switch installation provides a reliable connection point for temporary electrical equipment used during large gatherings and special events.
